THE SHORT VERSION
Leadership is not optional.
I lead business development in federal IT and cybersecurity, helping government partners find the right technology and the right people to deliver it. It’s relationship work at its core, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I’m a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, where I learned early that leadership is not optional. I founded Trident Strategies around that idea: helping leaders make clear decisions when the stakes are high.
Outside the day job, I serve as VP of Memberships for the ISC2 Northern Virginia Chapter, host Cars, Coffee & Contracts on Saturday mornings, and moderate technology discussions, including at the Billington CyberSecurity Summit.
I’m a skydiver, a lifelong adrenaline junkie and a hands-on AI user. I write about leading through AI, the federal market as it really works, and the people who make it worth doing.
